Beware of Scams: False Claims from Lamplighter Capital Management

This is a scam, and we have no association with Lamplighter Capital Management.

It’s crucial to exercise caution when encountering third parties offering investment advice or promising guaranteed IPO subscriptions. At BBAE, we do not provide investment advice, nor have we authorized any third party to do so on our behalf. Lamplighter Capital Management’s claims regarding our services or partnerships are false.

If you have received messages from these chat groups or have been misled by Lamplighter Capital Management’s false information about making investments, we strongly advise you to report the matter to your local police department or relevant authorities. Your vigilance can help prevent further individuals from falling victim to such scams.

Complaints describe bad actors, posing as registered investment advisers, who advertise “stock investment groups” on Instagram and other social media channels and then turn to encrypted group chats on WhatsApp to communicate with interested investors and pitch investments.
