What are “Offerings”?

"Offerings" in the BBAE App provide investors with the opportunity to invest in an initial public offering (IPO) of a company's shares. In an IPO, a company publicly issues shares for the purpose of raising funds for corporate development purposes. Through an Offering, investors have the opportunity to subscribe to these shares and purchase them on the day of listing at the issuance price.

To access Offerings through the BBAE app, simply select "Discover" at the top of the screen and then click on "Offerings". This will provide you with a list of current Offerings that you can participate in. Keep in mind that participation in Offerings may be subject to certain requirements or limitations, so be sure to review the Offering details (including the prospectus on file with the SEC that is accessible in the BBAE app) carefully before making an investment decision.
