What is Offerings
An initial public offering (IPO) is a process in which a company publicly issues shares to investors through a stock exchange for the purpose of raising funds for corporate development.
“Offerings” means that investors participate in the subscription of an initial public offering (IPO) or a secondary public offering (SPO) and have the opportunity to buy shares on the day of listing at the final issuance price.
Redbridge’s IPO service is powered by ClickIPO. Users can find it in BBAE APP by selecting “Discovery” at the top of the screen and then “Offerings”.
